Think this should still be the parent. Latest revision is the priority, regardless of how good/bad it is IMO.
This artist has a habit of revising their works a lot (putting pixiv premium to real good use!), there are some that still need updating: gorua_(youce01) md5_mismatch
Well, this is certainly an anomaly. In the rare case that a post's revision turns out worse than the original (and thus goes deleted), should the latest md5 without the "fix" be the parent? I'm siding with 'yes' for now, but I'm fine with either choice. It makes sense to make an active post a parent, after all.
And we should probably write that into help:post relationships using this post as a primary example. Well, unless he fixes it again, and correctly this time. But the water will still hold.

@Mikaeri I guess one could change it (the list is still a guideline), but only IF this post really gets deleted. So far, this is not the case and can be re-approved by nearly anyone on this site.
Well, it's at least reassuring to have clear examples of what to do in very rare cases like these. This will most likely go deleted considering the current approval status quo.
