Pretty sure that this is either an upscaled image or ingame screenshoot from 1080p mode (in wich the game engine upscale the image). The original image file form the game (directly extracted) is 1670*720 pixels.

Of course there's a possibility of key or hinoue publishing a higher resolution version.
