If you had the ability to fly, but the limitation of this ability was that you could only levitate 20cm above ground, would you ever use it?
I've actually had up to several dreams similar to that. It's such a weird "feeling".

All the time! Being a human ekranoplan would be better than nothing. Also, my shoes would last longer.

Well, I was assuming you'd be able to levitate standing up, but those are also good points. :)
