is it just me or does this look like a trace over and edit of another picture?
not a trace, but probably based on a few of his other works (which, at a glance, don't seem to have been uploaded here so I must have seen them on his blog)
This is from his recent sketch commissions, so likely someone requested something along the lines of "like x but with y and z".
