This is so wrong. Mikuru seems to be somewhat competent with her wand here. Competency and Miukuru are like oil and water.

Who's more competent with being a mage? Tsukasa or Mikuru?

Mikuru's so incompetent she basically casts "nuclear missile" on the dungeon by accident if I remember the short story correctly. Tsukasa's pretty harmless. Weigh the risks and make your own decision.
