Hibiki and Akatsuki are generally treated as foils to one another. Do you have a childish, innocent Akatsuki? Then you have an adult and seductive Hibiki. Mature, lady-like Akatsuki? Immature kid Hibiki. Hyperactive Akatsuki? Mute weirdo Hibiki.

Here, Akatsuki is still girly, but is aware of the world around her, while Hibiki is stoic and mature, but naive to the ways of the world.
