Look's like it could be one of Kabao Kikkawa's works.

I just have this feeling that I've seen this artist work before but I don't recall any name or manga.

sorry to say but thats not Kabao Kikkawa's work look at a site where all his work where uploaded all the doujin and manga but no pics in them with her :S

Added a crappy-ass translation. Needs some/lots of fixing/rephrasing.

No idea where it came from.

And I'm not sure what the proper etiquette is for the 'translation request' tag given that I'm not sure.

Some help for future reference would be nice.

You shouldn't use the notes system to post translations taken from translations, or sources other than yourself. There are several users who can translate from Japanese and come here for practice, and if you copy an existing translation you take away their fun.
