I think Margaret refers to Elizabeth as "my crazy little sister"; Not sure if Mararet counts as moe, but her manner is more subdued; but she sure has that vibe in the pic.

And smart can be moe (LS's Miyuki for one)

There are all sorts of moe.

Elizabeth has "quirky" moe. She's cute because she's "sheltered(?)" and naive about the world.

Margaret has "mature woman" moe, which is less a moe, more an actual fetish, but still is appealing enough moe.

Moeblobs need not be the only moe anymore.

Either is fine by me.
