I'm having some trouble making out those tiny characters. And while I can easily guess as to the meaning of 色 here, I'd rather leave the matter in more capable hands.

色 is the same meaning as 風
same style, same liking, etc

Could it perhaps be 当て字 for　「情夫」?

The first two lines of the small text in the last panel are 「貴様のような者が新たなおっぱい」 but I can't make out the last one.

Japanese dictionaries tell me 色 means 「情人。恋人。」, ie "lover".

I can't really make out the last bit either, but I think it's 「貴様のような者が新たなおっぱい属性には必要だ」
