Well I know a bit Russian language, first one would be "How much is it?", second one "What is it?", third one obviously Yes/No and last fourth one is kind of hard to translate it means "I don't know".

Well, from the japanese text, you got all right.

I've deleted the TN in panel 2 because the translation actually appears to be accurate.

The Japanese translation in panel 2 is "What is this?" (as opposed to "What's the matter?"), which the TN indicated would indeed be a proper direct translation of the Russian. Since it appears the Admiral is the one answering, "I don't know" in panel 4, then Hibiki would be the one asking the question in panel 2. This further supports the idea that she's asking "What is it" as in, "What is this thing that I've picked up?"

Yeah, you're right. Sorry about that.

So you mean in Russian, it's translated as "What is it?" while the japanese text is "What is this"? (since there's "Kore")

Sort of. Note Verniy's explanatory text at the bottom (which I didn't get to until after making my initial comment on this page).

    Chto eto? What is it?
Ya ne znayu... I don't know
Da / Nyet Yes / No
    Skol'ko stoit? How much?
Chto is a word meaning "what", expressing a question. Eto means "this", indicating an object or person. "This is Verniy" would become "Это Верный."
