This is just my thought on the image, but I'm fairly certain it's thigh sex. If you look closely at the penis (and trust me, I did) The skin tone coincides much more with the man in the back, as opposed to the foreground. And regarding his statement in the picture, it's not uncommon for a guy to tease their girlfriends in strange ways.

Also, to me it looks like the penis is way to high up for it to be tight-sex, and the dialog clearly says that the one in front is getting fucked in the ass while ejaculating.
