    Although I wont be surprised if he does get a base for himself this time.

    I'm guessing he'll likely have the mix n' match fleet since LezAdmiral should likely have some of the heavy guns of the surface ships as Admibro's composition has him with rapid anti-surface and anti-air ships, never mind his subs (lol Maru Yu and Ru) being his recon units

    It's a metal object in a lockbox, so it probably would survive unless they turned the base into an absolute inferno, one way or the other... plus, it's not like the ring is unique or has any special, irreplaceable sentimental value until after it's been given to someone.
