she's...known as "3886", the imaginary form of one certain girl that goes on a Taiwanese web site that's much like 4ch.

The kanji on the red bat read 斬鉄剣 (zantetsuken). This is definitely a xxxHolic reference (pc smashing episode).

the girl with a 返 on her forehead is a mascot of sorts on that web site(komica) that represents the "reply" button.

the girl holding the longcat is the focus of a photograph that was very popular on that site for a while.

The image on the TV is 'Nice Boat' (what replaced the last episode of School Days when it was taken off air). Under the desk is a Rozen Maiden case, as well as the stalker girl from Zetsubou Sensei. And that seems to be an edit of the Flags of Our Fathers poster, but I don't recognise it (it doesn't look like the End of Evangelion version I've seen)

Komica, like 4chan, all have roots to the original futaba bbs. They are culturally similar too: anime, /b/tards, trolls, etc. Sure the memes are different, but they aren't completely unrelated.

To anyone who's wondering why that link is broken: post #360897 on danbooru was the same image as 386854 on gelbooru which was removed with reason "photo of a minor". The image itself was a redraw of a photo of two girls with 3886 eyeing them hungrily from afar, the girl holding longcat in this image was one of them. "Real photos of any person under the age of 18" are prohibited on this site even when sfw, so since 360897 included its reference photo it was removed.
