98-tan... but not sure on which varaint (there were two of them, the last time I checked)... move 2k-tan towards Honoka, and use a Rifle with Honoka Support Attacking with Machinegun
It is 98-tan, but I'm not even sure... your first move is riddicuous, you move Ranpha ahead then you move 98-tan to throw a grenade at the enemies, when the rest of the Angel Brigade get there, have Milfeulle use Rider Kick!
