Hmm, I thought I'd help out, but apparantly 望月 has no less than 18 pronunciations according to the ENAMDICT. I have no idea which might be right here.

Also listed in ENAMDICT are over 40 examples of usage, and all of them except one is Mochiduki. The only question is the style of romanization to use, either the strict 'du' as above or the more intuitive Mochizuki. There's a similar situation in tags such as kannazuki_no_miko.
