Correction: milt is male fish gonads, not just it's sperm. There's a whole load of difference eating what constitutes to organic condom pack (i.e. packed sperm in bag) and the factory* that produces it.

Fyi, it tastes bitter and slightly sweet when raw, and just bitter when cooked.
