Man, I really love this artist's work. CG is overrated anyway.

I was really impressed until I looked at the image at its original resolution. Poor digital editing and compression leave this image marred unless you scale it down by 75% or so. It looks like it may have been edited in MS Paint or by a very inexperienced user in a more advanced program.

Now you mention it, you're right. Didn't notice that at first, even though I usually pick up that kind of stuff really quickly.

Such a shame. I would fix it if I had the ability, alas, I do not.

Other than the border I see nothing wrong with it.
If I missed some thing please let me know, I may be able to edit it back to a higher quality.

If you look at the eyes and the hair, it seems like he traced some lines there with MS Paint. Also, some of the lines have this kind of dotted thing going that I think MS Paint does when it saves GIFs. Still fantastic work though.
