Tank Striker Units are not exclusive to Brave Witches, in fact the Tiger unit here appear in the Afrika Korp doujin series, long before Brave Witches anime. Just world_witches_series should be enough.

Indeed, although this interpretation of the Tiger I striker isn't to scale to the Strike Witches cannon version apparently. The cannon strike witches Tiger I is much bigger, about a few feet taller then a Kalsland 3-ton Opel Blitz; the Opel Blitz stands about 8.41 feet roughly, and in cannon source material in a side by side comparision: the Tiger 1 dwarfs the Opel Blitz: standing at about 10.5 feet tall total over the Opel Blitz standing at 8.41 feet tall.
