I gotta say, I love how many people think Pyro's some hot chick beneath the suit. Sorry to spoil your fun, boys, but Valve themselves have commented on how scarred and monster-like Pyro is, comparing him/her/it to a Frankenstein monster. Male or female, Pyro's gonna be ugly.

Oh, trust me, I've seen a scary amount of people who SERIOUSLY think it.

It's almost as stupid as the people thinking Heavy would be a tiny, timid, scantily-clad moeblob were he female.

Well, no one expected Samus to be a woman. So maybe it is not probably far from the truth. Thou, I personaly belive Pyro is a guy.
