Wasn't this about the song [KOKORO]? Those cyber wings looks just like the one in Project Diva 3DS game.
It's hard to know as the picture was part of a 2017 compilation and Sawashi didn't add any description on Pixiv. Maybe you can find info on Twitter or Piapro
