Elves are elves not because of their diet, but because they've been blessed by god. Case in point, Legolas out drinking Gimli in Return of the King. This kind of characteristic translates into a hyper metabolism for space elves like Vulcans from Star Trek and Eldar from Warhammer 40k. Naturally, their metabolism doesn't result in them needing to eat more to maintain their body weight or a shortened life-span. Basically getting all of the perks with none of the drawbacks.

So with that in mind...Elf-san here should probably pray harder if she wants to stave off being chubby.
