Near as I can tell, Tsukasa is the Scout, Miyuki and her mother are the Medic and the Sniper (not sure which, one of them might be Yui) and I'm guessing Kasukabe is the Demoman...I think.

Ok, I'm pretty sure from left to right it's Tsukasa, ???, Konata, Kuroi-sensei, Kagami, Minami, Miyuki, Yui, and lastly Patty cause of the eyes. I have no clue who the second one is...
