I'm sure there are a number of references here that i'm not getting.
It's a persona for the Chinese voice actor for Zoe from LOL (jump rope), Theresa from Honkai Impact or 崩坏3 (judah), and more. She mostly plays PUBG or CS:GO on her streams (helmet and toy guns), eats junk food, especially cola, and has four guinea pigs. And yes, her voice sounds a lot younger than she is, such that most people assume she's using a voice changer.
