That "old version of Pixiv" thing reminds me of the old days of YouTube, when instead of Likes and Dislikes they had a Star system. (This change means that watching older videos is kinda surreal, because instead of the person going "Hit that like button," they'll go "Give me five stars"...)

Funnily enough, they ditched the Stars system because 99% of the votes were either 1 or 5 stars - functionally no different from a Like/Dislike.
