From the Azur Lane Wiki:
"The design of the Nagato-class battleships in Azur Lane is likely based on a (bad) pun, as they are referred to as 御狐 (miko, 'honourable fox') within the Ink-stained Steel Sakura event. However, they also function as, and and wear the costumes of, 巫女 (miko, 'shrine maiden'). And they represent the myriad gods of the Sakura Empire, as 神子 (miko, 'divine girls').

In other words, they are 巫女神子の御狐, miko miko no miko."
