I did what I could. Managed to get 30-ish from my own knowledge, filled in a few more by skimming the Twitter thread, but there are five left (if I counted right) that I couldn't identify.

90% sure on Hatoba Tsugu. There's not much to go on, but the fact that her back is turned fits with the mysterious nature of her channel. Ame no Sei was confirmed by the artist on Twitter, despite the hair horn being literally the only identifying feature.

Edit: Further research has narrowed it down to only two unindentified, but I'm out of ideas on how to figure them out.
