"Stupido" as you can imagine, means "stupid" in Italian, however she's using the masculine version, as if MG5 was a man. The correct term would be "stupida".
Every noun in italian is either masculine or feminine (like "Apple"/"Mela" is feminine) and adjectives vary based on the person or object you're referring to. Those are very common mistakes for non-italian speakers but... I guess the artist is only using Google Translate or something like that.

    Il stupido fucile mitragliatore?
    La stupida mitragliatrice?

(Is fucile mitragliatore/'machine-gunner rifle' the proper term while mitragliatrice/'machine-gun' is the colloquial one?)

It would be "lo stupido fucile" but they're both proper terms. However it makes no sense to refer to a girl with a masculine adjectives, even if they're based on guns. For in italian hearing that it's hella strange.
Sorry for answering like a slowpoke.
