I do not think he wants at all. We have portrayed orcs as interspecie rapists for a while. He is an orc and she and elf. Both humanoid in shape and we conveniently shape elves into our own sexual desires, but try to put an orc in your own shoes. Monkeys are humanoid too. If a female chimpanzee walked up and presented her ass to you, would you think "Damn I wanna smash that so hard"? This is likely what he sees.
