    T-34はM4シャーマンより生産数多いけどそれはアメリカから他のいろんなもの借りてたからこそできたことであってやっぱアメリカの工業力は半端ないなって

I now remember Chieftain throwing the overrating on the lumpy tank few days ago~

Makes you wonder how Tashkent and Gangut are going to react when they get faced with the lolstats of the T-34 (I aint gonna lie when I'll say the T-34-85 looks better than the OG tank) during the war, especially "CYKA BLYAT RUSH PROKHOROVKA BLIN" was usually the norm.

Is Lend-Lease taken into account here?
I mean, it feels like Iowa with a punchable smug is gonna show up any second now.

As far as I know, Lend-Lease tanks didn't have such active roles in Soviet armor force at the time. If anything, Lend & Lease Program provided the Soviet with materials they were short on like rubber, cotton and stuff like food and medicine.

Trucks and jeeps especially; ammunition, TNT, bombers, steam engines, other engines, AA guns, small arms, sights etc., boats, fighters, a massive tonnage of foodstuffs, railways, knives, blankets, clothing, boots, screws, vacuum cleaners: just a minute fraction of what was given by the Americans.

    .

Major Jordan's List of Lend-Lease to Russia

"MUNITIONS $4,651,582,000 NON-MUNITIONS 4,826,084,000 ---------------- Total 9,477,666,000 Note: the figure of $11 billion includes services as well as goods furnished."

"Major Jordan's data, gleaned from the Russians' own manifests, is the only public record. More than one-third of Lend-Lease sent was illegal under the terms of the act which specifically prohibited "goods furnished for relief and rehabilitation purposes."

    .

The pathetic Soviets would have been in no way able to crush the Nazis so magnificently without American generosity, and it would be interesting to imagine a direct match either with either both Soviets and Nazis getting the same aid, or Russia not getting anything.

And however hideous republican Nazism, both sides were so vile, I would have counted myself blessed to die on Seelowe Heights, fighting the invading barbarians.

Oh they did, the Soviets LOVED the Sherman. So much so that the Red Army took steps to erm 'ensure the correct version of history' was spread to the people.

They did say they like how spacious Shermans are, yes. That's undeniable. But also complained it was too high profiled, as I recall.
But then, the Shermans they got weren't first line, and a little outdated compared to German forces. Because, let's face it, there's no way you give people your best stuff just because you want to help them. That's what went on with technology share too. Both side gave each others lower grade stuff to study so of course even the tanks can't be the same as ones in American's services. That lead to complaints too. But of course, a tank that was designed to help out infantries is always welcomed.

Summing up, the Lend&Lease tanks are appreciated, just weren't used in active roles all that much.

Should I mention how many of their katyusha’s were mounted onto American built trucks? Or how important American aluminum was to Soviet aircraft production.

Did I not talk about how tanks are not the main focus and the materials for everything was the shit?
Yeah, we know the Russians used alot of American trucks. But then again, they used pretty much everything they got their hands on, not just American. Such is war.

    That's making too much...
    HYOIP!
On the steep and lofty bank♪
Oh, just imagining it sends my heart into a tizzy!
    Nnngh!
    Shut it.
Katyusha set out on the banks♬ The lyrics given here are Cyrillic on the top, with a romanisation on the bottom
    I certainly did not.
    This is a T-34/85.
    And there's a T-34/76 over there, too.
Next up is the Soviet tank section, oui?
    You rang?
If one speaks of Soviet tanks, then that's the T-34, isn't it!
    And it's no smoking here.
    Keep it down.
Even more than that M4 Sherman!
Due to our superior skills and productivity, in the 1940s a grand total of nearly 60,000 vehicles were produced!
The horde of T-34's became a storm of iron and swarmed into Berlin!
    Partition Berlin!
