There is a Heart-to-Heart in where she talks privately with Saika and thinks she's being hit on. She get's embarrassed and rejects her. It's an incredibly short throw away part in the scene but if you wanted to REALLY get into examining her sexuality you could take that as a clue.

I wouldn't exactly take that scene as suspiciously-specific denial considering her bifauxen way of fashion. She's likely been mistaken for a male, then assumed a lesbian after those people discover her real gender, which can be tiresome going through over and over.
Just because someone is adamant about not being something else doesn't mean they're in the armored-closet.
Also, another counter-point: Kora's side quest implies that Morag is married to the job and never makes a pass at the idea of romance.

It was hilarious and the guy seems super chill IRL. The only canon example I can think of besides Sheba is probably Crossette. Her behavior around Pyra screams "smitten schoolgirl lesbian". She's lovable all around. Bless this fiery Blade.

I've wrongly assumed that a girl I used to know was a lipstick-lesbian and she was so taken aback by it that she stopped talking to me for a day. I apologized to her and we spoke and hung around again. I learned a very important lesson that day.
Morag is definitely an ambiguous character. There are hints she might not like either sex in particular, and there are small hints she might swing both ways, but there is one thing I'm certain of: Sheba is the only unlikable waste of Ether on all of Alrest. Seriously, what a garbage character.
