For things like backwards feet, missing/extra digits/appendages, or other obvious mistakes in human anatomy.

I don't see the problem. She just hides her second eye. Generic faceless H-dudes do it all the time.

There's no problem with Alice's eyes. She's looking downward at an angle and it just gives the illusion that her eyes are near the middle of her face.

It's all her big forehead's fault.

The error is Alice's left hand has 5 fingers, so she has a extra pinky, ether that or she has one huge middle finger.
