Don't think this counts as Mechamusume, since that girl isn't part of the mecha, but rather it's pilot. Also, it's not a famous piece of hardware changed to incorporate a cute girl. And last, it's not cute, but rather creepy / horrifying.

I dunno, judging by the syringe and vial on her neck, glowy eyes, tear running down her cheek and various restraints placed on her, I'd say she's been incorporated. And most likely not willingly...
