There are a ton of trait connection posts that aren't crossover, cosplay or parody. I don't see the connection as tenuous at all. It's one of the most notable things these characters have in common.

Just because it was wrongly tagged in those posts (which?) doesn't mean it should be in this one too. Might as well tag all kancolle posts with it for containing characters from the Imperial Japanese Navy.
