I can only see a fusion with Salamence, but I'll not question the tags.
People over in moonland (mostly on Nico and Twitter) have making shitposts out of the Devilman OP for pretty much all of last year. Turns out it's really funny when you mix it into a demon warrior talking about what he likes in his favorite waifus.

I didn't watch Devilman so I'm really out of the loop, maybe someday. For now, if I can stick Salamence in peoples' head when seeing this image, that in itself will be quite interesting.

I'm like 99% certain Salamence's design was inspired by the 1970's Devilman
