Went with Basement Dweller, to make it less nasty than cave dweller, but still a bit mean.

Pretty much; it's probably better to say 'turtling' Guile, I guess.

Fitting that Gangut is without match in Tetris, seeing that it’s basically the one video game of note to come out of the Soviet Union.
