Seems like the producer/director Naoki Yoshida said at this year's Tokyo FanFest that Au Ra rub their horns together as a sign of affection, equivalent to a kiss... hence this piece of artwork.

The Miqo'te is probably supposed to be the artist's character in-game, but not sure if it's appropriate to label them as the Warrior of Light.
