I'd argue "Honey Trap", but she and her sister (or friend) pay him for his "services". Plus, little boys are a-plenty, so it can't be that he's the only one they could manipulate if that was their end game. It could be that they do like him, but they just don't have a conventional way of expressing it.

It's a type of scenario cald "Ladykiller In Love".
Basicly, a lecher who has never met a genuly good person meets one and is instantly smitten and because they never expected for it to happen, they are completely lost at how to procede.
