The first is the female Shiki personality

The second is her third and is basically god, depending on your definition.

So someone who connected to the root is basically god?

Effectively: since the Root is the metaphysical origin of all things, ideas, events, etc, someone with a tie to it is effectively omniscient, and through that can accomplish anything they want... if they can be motivated to do anything.

Void Shiki only does anything at all because she is bored and limiting herself and acting as a Servant/gentle big sister is an interesting and amusing way to pass some time for her.

I not following the type-moon franchise for a while, but didn't Root only affecting people origin from earth so people from outer world (like Type-Mars and maybe foreigner class) should not affected by them?

I had always wonder about that since if Manaka was a considered a god, then gods are fucked. Although, I guess that was a given...
Also, make sense why almost every single Magus wants to get to the root.

It’s practically the same as the lifestreams in FF7 then.

You're thinking more of the Human Order or Gaia. The Root is the origin of EVERYTHING, including the stuff we can't possibly comprehend outside our reality or the universe beyond our own slice of it.

To put it another way, imagine a forest, with the trees being universes with their own rules and stories, and their branches are all that reality's possible timelines.

The Root would be the ground they ALL grow from.

So a being with a true connection to the Root that is more than just a slight touch (Void Shiki is basically fully connected to the Root, if not something akin to the Root itself using a human body. Not sure the depth of Manaka's connection) can literally do anything regardless of which world or universe you care to imagine.

However, they also would know EXACTLY how anything will turn out no matter what happens or what they do and thus nothing really surprises them or really motivates them except if they limit themselves deliberately or have another reason to bother.

Magi seek to go to the Root itself, but if anyone has succeeded rather than run back with a True Magic before the finish line, they have never come back, and might simply stop existing.

Ups, i think I confused the Root with the limitation of The Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, which just ineffective against an immortal being.

So the question I have is are there eldritch beings, then, who have a stronger connection to the Root than we do?

Theoretically, Shiki, who's origin is nothingness and therefore the Root, has the strongest connection to the Root, or at least the only one we know of. Of the beings considered gods in the Nasuverse, none of them have that sort of origin or connection, and most of them are the end result of beliefs in these beings manifesting themselves on the Throne of Heroes (for example, it's generally assumed that no real Hercules existed, but he exists on the ToH because of his legendary status).
Things like Eldritch beings exist in the foreigner class, but those are beings from another dimension entirely, brought on by the mind/visions of HP Lovecraft. Which sort of begs the question, is there more than one root, or is there another one in this dimension?

Fun to think my half-arsed comment brought up this whole conversation.

At least as far as all lore so far published is concerned, no. There is only one Root. When I said it was called the origin of everything, I wasn't exaggerating. The whole point of the Root is that it is the metaphysical origin that all originated from if you go back far enough in its conception or essence. If it has a limit or didn't serve as the source for even one thing in some way, it's not the real Root.

Basically, if it exists at all, no matter how or in what way, whether as a physical thing or a thought or a concept, it came from the Root in some manner.

So why does Shiki get quoted repeatedly, "My eyes can see the death of everything. I can cut the lines as long as I understand the death behind it. This means I can kill anything, even if that thing is God."?

Immortality comes in grades in the Nasuverse. Most have conditions or weaknesses that allow them to die, no matter how strange or unlikely, and thus even gods can be slain by a sufficiently powerful/skilled user of Mystic Eyes of Death. Many myths exist of the gods dying at some point. Some exceptional beings go beyond merely never dying of old age or regenerating from anything, though: some beings don't have the very idea of death as part of their nature or existence. They are incapable of dying or even comprehending the notion that they could end.

Regular Shiki must at least understand how something would "die" in order for her eyes to show her the lines and dots to strike to make it happen. She's good enough with them to kill things that aren't really physical, but it still requires her to understand what it means to "kill" it. Some things just... don't die, and thus it's impossible for her eyes to show her how to kill them. Even otherwise killable beings might be able to overcome her eyes by transcending mortal death provided they have the right tools, circumstances or abilities. Arcuied Brunestud can never die during a full moon night, for example. Even then, some magical items exist that can make them vulnerable, but those are quite rare and often locked up for safety.

Someone like Void Shiki? Can FORCE the absolutely unkillable to have said concept apply to them and kill them even if death should never have been able to touch them thanks to the Root trumping EVERYTHING. The challenge is motivating her when she already knows how things will turn out through her omniscience.

Basically, ROOT is the root folder where all the data, assets, save files, etc. of this grand VN universe are stored and Shiki has admin privileges to mess with the files directly because her .exe came directly from the ROOT.

All those other mages that didn't make it in and got disappeared were blocked by a massive, meta-physical version of Windows Account Control.
