If I could vote which of Riyo's servants should be added to the game, Since Berserker is already there. My first choice would be Lancer, followed closely by Assassin since her clothes change. Then Archer and Caster. And at the bottom Rider with Saber (when the real Saber shows up this can change)

No, but most Presidents he worked with were afraid to fire him out of fear of the backlash, even though they wanted to fire him. Hoover did amass a large collection of things through surveillance for the purpose of blackmailing people he didn't people like politically, though.

The whole strip is more of a point of Riyo advocating a popularity poll and probably a foreshadowing of a future event with said character. I can’t wait.

I definitely think Rider will be the top for the popularity poll. Just cause she's the most interesting one and most long awaited. Lancer looks cool so they might be second or third with along with Assassin.
I could also see Saber being top voted cause a pregnant Servant is really cool/weird to see and how they might fight
I'm not really interested in Archer. She doesn't really stand out and she isn't really special. All I see is another cowboy servant.
