You're telling me that there is not a single american who uses chinese buns, one of the most ancient of hair-setting techniques gifted to man from Prometheus. And her outfit to me looks like modified sailor dress.

Not in 1945 they didn't. Anyway, it's alright but I'm more satisfied with Colorado's design; Stylish and pure business, that one.

I don’t really see the British maid part. I guess if I squint I can kinda see her metal head piece as maid-ish. But at that point its kind of a reach.
If it’s the rest of her outfit, then I should point out that her uniform is a variation of Johnston’s, which is probably going to be the Fletcher-class Uniform.
Also, I’m probably in the minority here, but I don’t think official Fletcher art should be tagged under ‘large breasts’. If you look at Fletcher’s regular art, and then look at Johnston’s damaged art, it appears that they are roughly equivalent.
Speaking of which, ain't the Americans the heavyweights when it came to destroyers? The Kagero were to themselves sure and lets not forget the cackling madmen French that made the class.

It's like not even a contest, like, yeah, Johnston isn't lacking for a DD by any means, but Fletcher barely looks smaller then frikkin' Iowa. In terms of destroyers only Hamakaze is probably even in the running and I'm not sure she doesn't have even her beat.
Sammy and Johnston were great but Fletch seems to be a bit of a miss for me(artwise, not the design), not sure why. On the other hand Colorado's great, though I kinda wish her top left it a bit more to the imagination since in some cases that's half the magic right there. In any case I'm sure both will grow on me.
