Erm, why wasn´t http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=2190075 approved, but post 354126 was?

I really do not get it, seeing how one piece is the same character, a "circle cut" related to the image linked above, drawn by the same artist, with the only difference, aside from the posture, is that one image is monochrome while the other one wasn't.

Someone explain to me what gives, because I am at a loss at how things exactly work.
