I kind of want to flag this because it feels really cheap and ugly to me, but I'm not sure I can say it's poorly executed overall. The anatomy, perspective, and proportions are all pretty appropriate to the characters in question. I guess it's the scribbly background, the slightly jerky animation, and the way those eyes don't match the mouth that bug me... I wonder if it would've been approved had it gone though the queue.
