Why would you do this?

Go do that in a narrow alleyway so you get both the rocked exploding in your face and the backblast reflecting back on you and simultaneously frying and shredding you.

She's probably been playing TF2 a bit too much.

I doubt rocket would even explode as it need some time before arming itself.

dumb rocket only have a safety you have to remove before firing I think. Then they can explode at any distance. Like the rpg7 for example.
