I’d call this a Good Work Admiral moment. Not only did he orchestrate taking down the casino, but he also bailed De Ruyter out before she spiraled into depression over her loss of funds.

His “special bonus pay” is probably a cut of Warspite’s winnings.

The deal was probably he gives Warspite Graf’s invitation, and she she gives him a percentage of the winnings for getting her in.

I like this one and the AL version, for different reasons.

And that is how an Admiral does his job well. Stop self-destructive behaviors without making anyone the bad guy.

Voting for it to get added while it's a mischievous scheme it still ended with a positive result for everyone:

>Admiral Prevented an illegal casino inside the base
>Warspite (and to some extent the British Fleet) pretty much won a lottery
>Bismarck doesn't get to deal with all of this anymore (finally some rest)
>De Ruyter still got paid despite getting bankrupt
>Graf didn't got her luck rolling against her
