Because it's damn hilarious.
Also Doraemon movies tend to be quite heavy on the violent side, at least in comparison to the TV series. It's not exactly as out-of-place as you'd think. And it's still pretty damn hilarious.
I'm personally just happy knowing that there is at least someone who is enough of an absolutely beautiful madlad to keep providing translations for this.
