She's with the Totenkopf-SS. Those were the assholes that guarded the concentration camps. REALLY no sympathies for them!
There's nothing here to indicate she's meant to be a member of the Totenkopfverband. All SS units used the Death's Head. Since she has the Knight's Cross with oakleaves, membership in a support unit unlikely to see combat is presumably not the artist's intention.
