    • KCCO getting annihilated by an airstrike... carried by New Soviet Airforce
    • The reveal that K is a Stasi mole all along (who also had the authority to order said airstrike)
    • A flashback to M16 and UMP45's duel during the Butterfly Incident
    • The fact that UMP45 only won the duel because M16 made a pact with Eliza
    • The Commander infiltrating KCCO lines to blow up water release valves, nearly dying in the process
    • DEFY taking down Yegor's mech on foot, ending in a mutual kill
    • M4 confronting M16 again, this time victorious
    • Eliza discovering that she can't connect to the Starfish node because Lyco designed her not be able to, rendering all of her sacrifices up to this point moot

    I might be missing a few key events, though. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    We've adopted a few prototype Nytos known as Larvae (Currently, at least thats what our translator says) and one of them is named "Anna" which she named herself. Also while DEFY did manage to immobilise Yegors mech and Yegor pretty much disabling all of the DEFY T-Dolls, Ange is somewhat likely to be fine (she was not directly engaged in battle, she was observing from a concealed location), so dont believe anybody that says all of DEFY is dead.

    Unfortunately the story was cut short due to the corona virus outbreak. Chapter 13 is going to be a sort of "epilogue" for Polarized Light, it really sucks that after all this time, all the buildup towards Elisa and this event being the first time we'll actually battle her and she's bloody annoying to fight (Instant killing anti-grav tiles), was pretty much left on an abrupt cliffhanger... though pieces are starting to fall into place and I can somewhat anticipate what might be happening next.
