Yes, there was debate on that elsewhere and it was ultimately decided that that's Cordelia. However, because I saw it possible for her to be other characters (namely, Isara), I left it alone for others to do because adding the name would be a spoiler.
Edy got her own DLC because she VERY popular apparently, she features on the blog with Homer alot. After looking at a picture of Isara and Cordelia alongside I'd say it's defiantly Cordelia. It's a shame Pixiv hasn't got much art as well.
