The artist has a couple different names. On his website, he goes by 吹上あしん (Fukiage Asin? There's no kana reading, and artists are always so particular about their handles...), but on pixiv he goes by 佐々川佐太郎. I went with the pixiv one, but that can be changed if the website handle is better.
