Nope and lady bow is anything but shy.

From my experience less tall people are often more "active" and loud.
And tall people are chill and laidback.

one, just the regular Boo had the classic Princess King Boo design (complete with boobs) while actual king boo has a lolified form.

He said is based on their personalities, king boo is an evil, sore loser, jerkass with a massive ego, ergo he was turned into a complete bitch brat while Lady Bow is nice, likes to tease and acts like actual royalty so she was turned into a tall, confident looking and busty woman.

I hope we see more of Lady Bow, her design here is amazing.
